Customer Service Specialist

Pride Card Services, a leading provider of payment products and services to merchants in the U.S., is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to add to its Los Angeles office to help service and retain merchants in its growing portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Customer Service environment (preferably in the payments processing industry). Experience with FDR/FDMS systems a big plus. A Customer Service Specialist must be a reliable professional with a positive, helpful attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to work as a team player. National Account Executive

Pride Card Services, a leading provider of payment products and services to merchants in the U.S., is seeking a National Account Executive to add to our Los Angeles Sales team.

This position is responsible for contacting merchants, owners and/or office managers of various size businesses with the intent to sell and convert these businesses to Pride Card Services’ state of the art credit card processing system. Responsibilities include making cold calls, following up on warm leads, making 60+ calls per day, activating dormant accounts, as well as project and account management. The successful candidate will participate in a two (2) week comprehensive training program to learn about the Pride credit card processing system and how to use Pride ’s proprietary database to assist in direct sales efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ demonstrated direct selling success (preferably in the payments processing industry), excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional presentation skills and ability to work as a team player. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Associates degree in business, sales or related field is preferred.
